You have proven your technology, developed a prototype and have hired a small team. But now you need money to grow your business further. Virentum can offer:

1. An in-depth ca. 3 month effort of to sharpen your commercial strategy and translate this into investor-ready materials preparing your for your round. You will end up with a) a strong pitch, b) a full commercial deepdive highlighting business model, value proposition, GTM, customers, pricing, organization, c) a plan for the raise

2. Hands-on support during the fundraise, including all supporting materials, a list of potential investors that match your needs and mission, introductions, and when needed participation in investor calls

3. Coaching and ongoing support as an advisor or board member

You have succesfully raised your round and have a lot of money in the bank. You have made many promises to get that money. Your board has grown. And demands keep on rising. Virentum can offer:

1. A translation of your commercial strategy in to realistic goals and a plan for the coming years. Bridging the promises you have made with the current reality. This includes focus areas and required expertise and capabilities. And if needed already looks at the next round and the proofpoints required to prepare for this.
